Creamy Curry Dip

This is a healthy, creamy, yogurt and tomato based dip. It goes very well with chips and crackers, as well as veggie sticks.

2 minutes to make.

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp Greek yogurt

  • 3 tbsp tomato and onion mix (or tomato based pasta sauce)

  • 1 tsp curry powder

  • parsley

  • salt

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  2. Add salt to taste.

  3. Serve with chips, crackers or veggie sticks.
