Keto Pizza Flavoured Caulirice

This low carb recipe gives you all the great flavours of a pizza, without the added bloatiness. It provides a healthy dose of fibre and protein. This recipe can be made on the stove or in the microwave

30 mins to make. Serves 2.


  • 1 medium onion, diced

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

  • 125g of bacon

  • 1 large head of cauliflower

  • 100g mushrooms

  • 100g grated cheese

  • 1 avocado

Other herbs and spices: Garlic, Italian Herbs, Salt and Pepper.


  1. Cook the onion and garlic in a tiny bit of butter until they start to become translucent.

  2. Add the bacon and mushrooms and cook until cooked through.

  3. Grate or dice the cauliflower and then steam or fry it until it becomes a similar consistency to cooked rice.

  4. Add the cauliflower to the bacon mixture and add the spices and tomato paste.

  5. Add any of your other favourite pizza toppings and mix well.

  6. Add the cheese on top and cook for a few minutes until it is melted.

  7. Serve with avo on top.
