Smokey peppadew hummus


To get a smokey flavour in my hummus, I add cumin, paprika and extra tahini.


  • 1 can chickpeas, drained

  • 2 tbsp of the chickpea liquid

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 3 tbsp tahini

  • 2 tbsp sliced peppadews

  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic

  • 1 tsp salt

  • Cumin and paprika

Blend all the ingredients until smooth
