Keto Broccoli and Cheese Soup

Using yoghurt and cheese, this soup becomes deliciously creamy. It provides a healthy dose of fibre, protein and calcium.

30 mins to make. Serves 2-3.


  • 1 medium onion, diced.

  • 2 cubes of vegetable stock

  • 2 large broccoli heads

  • 200g grated cheese

  • 200ml Greek yoghurt

Other herbs and spices: Garlic, ground coriander and Parsley


  1. Place a big pot on the stove on medium to high heat and add the onion, broccoli, vegetable stock and 2 cups of water.

  2. Cook for 15-20 minutes until all the vegetables are soft.

  3. Add the garlic, parsley and ground coriander.

  4. Using a stick blender, blend all the ingredients until a soup like consistency is achieved.

  5. Add the yoghurt and cheese and cook for another 3 minutes, stirring throughout.

  6. Remove from the heat, and serve.
