The Pinkest Smoothie
This is the pinkest of pink smoothies ever! This blend of raspberries, banana, and beet is high in fibre, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
One serving contains 6.3g fat, 8.9g fibre, 26.7g nett carbs and 5.8g protein.
5 minutes to make. Serves 2.
1 medium banana, peeled
1 cup raspberries
1/2 greek yoghurt or vegan yoghurt of choice
1 cup water
3 small beets, roasted
6 blocks of ice
a pinch of salt
Optional: sweetener of choice
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
If a thinner consistency is desired, add a little bit of water.
Pour into a big glass and enjoy.
